By becoming enrolled in the HPS Rewards Program, you accept the following terms and conditions:
Overview: The HPS Reward Points Program provides recognition rewards for all HPS employees. All users of this
web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all
applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
HPS reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
Description of the Program: HPS Rewards allows for the registered user to accumulate points through activities
determined by Helical Pier Systems. Points accumulated in the program are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have
no cash or monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise by HPS. Reward points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the on-line catalogue.
Eligibility: All employees who reside in Canada or the United States are eligible to participate. HPS Reward Points
do not expire after they are earned however you will only retain your points so long as you remain an active employee of Helical Pier Systems.
No transferring of Reward Points is permitted. Points and/or redeemed merchandise are not to be bartered or sold.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points,
the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by HPS in its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each user will create a unique user id and password to gain access to the HPS Rewards Points Program web site.
Claiming a Reward:
HPS reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Reward Points On-Line Catalogue at any time and without notice.
When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalogue. Making a selection
of a reward of a lesser value then your individual points is permitted and any unused points will remain in the user’s HPSRewards account
for future use. Points will be immediately subtracted from the user’s account upon merchandise selection.
Statements of HPS Reward Points Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as HPS Rewards point balances.
Termination of Program: HPS reserves the right to terminate the Reward Points Program at any time without any prior notice
to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem
items from the HPS Reward Points On-Line Catalogue. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the HPS Reward Points On-Line Catalogue.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes
resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating HPS Rewards Points Program member and not HPS or any of its affiliates
or agents. HPS will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping
and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalogue and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf Helical Pier Systems Ltd. The information
collected on this web site will be used by HPS in connection with the HPS Reward Points Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information
to non-HPS businesses or partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.

and promptly update the registration data to keep such information true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or HPS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current
or incomplete, HPS has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future access to, or use of, the program. Each HPS
Rewards account is limited to one individual user, and each user is limited to one email address.
Privacy Policy: The user acknowledges and agrees that the Company will disclose certain personal information provided by the user
as part of the registration process to third parties as needed for the delivery of merchandise redeemed with points, to the location specified by the
user. Such third parties will strictly adhere to the Sponsor’s privacy statement, agreeing to maintain the confidentiality and protection of your
personal information at all times during and after providing service. All registration data and other information about the user are subject to HPS’s Privacy Policy.
Email Notices: When you visit this web site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to
receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this web site. You agree that all
agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
